This juried art competition and sale features original, Western-themed artwork from talented women artists. Artwork is available for sale online through May 1-31, with proceeds benefitting the American Paint Horse Foundation and the Cowgirl Artists of America.

Kick off The Cowgirl Gathering with live music by Olivia Harms, meet & greet opportunities with The Cowgirl Conversation speakers, complimentary food and drinks, and an exclusive shopping opportunity at the PH Barn Door. 

May 3, 2025

• 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. | The Cowgirl Conversation at Stockman’s Club in Stockyards Station

This all-day networking event connects you with women leaders, entrepreneurs and trend-setters in the Western world. Where conversation begins, connection follows! Features a catered lunch, exclusive swag bag and emceed by Chelsea Edsall. 

• 5:30–7:15 p.m. | VIP Pre-Party at the Stockman’s Club in Stockyards Station

Network with The Cowgirl Conversation guest speakers in an intimate setting, featuring live music by Olivia Harms. Appetizers and drinks provided.

• 7:30–9:30 p.m. | The Cowgirl Gathering Fashion Show in Stockyard’s Station

Western fashion staples combine with the latest trends and the industry’s most iconic designers. Enjoy a high-energy evening that features live music, fabulous fashion, exclusive swag and an auction benefiting the American Paint Horse Foundation.
