• Producer Rights. The producer reserves the right to adjust numbers at any time. The producer reserves the right to make any and all necessary changes.
• Coggins. A Negative Coggins is required.
• Dress Code. Dress code is strictly enforced. Hat/helmet, long-sleeve shirt, jeans and boots are required.

Starting on April 14, 2025, athletes that would like to participate in the Women’s Rodeo World Championship 2025 Last Chance Qualifier and 2026 Qualifier Series event will need to purchase their 2026 WRC ID card and nominate the Cowgirl Gathering towards the W26 segment.
